So there's been a growing increase of AI work weather if it's art or stories and i guess i want to put my five cent worth in the conversation.

I understand both sides of the opinion. for me at least having been playing around with AI art can see it being both a gift and a curse. The things they can create can be wondrous if done right, however it does loose a lot of the human touch which i do love. it's like that of 2d and 3d animation. One is done by hand the other is done with 1's and 0's with some human touches. however if you rely on the computer too much then it looses a lot of what made it so spectacular in the first place. take a look of animation today with studios taking a more Spider-verse look to it using both 3d and 2d. where Disney you know the kings of animation, hasn't seem to gotten the memo yet.

And that's where my stance is, AI is a tool not a crotch. I will still commission someone to do something i feel like they like and can do it. I still write and draw but if i get stuck or i feel that it can use pic with it. then sure i will use it to get me out of that writer's block and even change it up so it looses that AI touch but hey it help me get out of that block. But i have seen other who over use it... and it is extremely noticeable and does not hold up.

So i am not Anti or pro... i do see the pros and cons of it specially if someone abuses it. For me it is just tool used for a specific need. And that is it.

that's my thought on it, you may agree or disagree i will leave that up to you. after all you are not an AI... right?

Test your might!!!!

Mortal Kombat

So Mortal Kombat is the brand new live action video game movie in the list of all the other live action video game movies. The story follows Cole Young a MMA fighter who gets pulled into a unknown world, a world of other worlds wanting to take other ours and a tournament that determines the fate, a tournament called Mortal Kombat.

If you ask any fan which is the best live action video game majority would say the 1995 Mortal Kombat. so for 26 years that has been the bar, can it do it again.

YES YES oh my god yes!

Flat out let me say that this is R rated for a reason, from the fights, to the action and yes even the finishers. this does not shy away from it. I would be lying if i said their wasn't a stupid smile on my face at times. While the story is basic in the end you just don't care cause your not here for the story your here for the fights, it like a UFC fight you don't care about the drama you're there to watch two guys beat the crap out of each other.

Which leads to a question: is this better then the 1995 version? In my opinion, yes.

Mortal Kombat 2021 gives you what you expect the fights, the brutal and the blood and once again sets the bar on how to make a live action video game movie. make it like the video game.

It has been 59 years since these two have shared the big screen and now here it... let them fight!

Godzilla Vs Kong

So Godzilla vs Kong is the... Climax? Well there's no news on it continuing so... climax of the Legendary Monsterverse. Honestly i would like to see Gamera show up in the monsterverse but that's just me.

taking place three years after the events of King of Monster, the world seem to be quiet on no sighting of any titans, however when Godzilla shows up suddenly and begins to attack, people turn to Kong the only Alpha titan left that could help mankind from Godzilla's rampage, but what behind it what is causing the Big G to attack and can they stop it before our world turns into their battleground.

this being streamed on HBO Max however with me being in Australia we don't have it, thankfully the cinemas around are open so i saw this on the big screen. one thing i like is how it felt like a classic kaiju movie. with the battles between kong and godzilla being the true highlights of the entire movie. that being said this feels like more of a Kong movie then a Godzilla movie, i mean sure the Big G is here and boy is he showing with that atomic breath of his. the story seems to be more focus on the big ape then anything else. Of course the human play a part in this so do expect that. How much the they build this world and how things work is great with the battles enjoyable and a few things that make no sense but if you can just shut your brain off a bit, you can find enjoyment. So is this worth the watch? I got to say yes, maybe i am because i am a Big G fan but i can still see the flaws in this movie.

Godzilla Vs Kong is enjoyable but i was hoping for a little bit more but happy on what i got none the less so i am giving it.

Raya And the Last Dragon

So Raya and the last dragon is the brand new movie from our great and powerful overlords Disney, the movie based in the fantasy world known as Kumandra, the story follows Raya the princess of the region Heart with their world broken, she most find the last dragon to bring an end to a great darkness known as the Druun and save their lands.

When I first heard of this movie, it peak my interest, an original animated story from Disney, yes please. so know having seeing it is worth that interest. in a way yeah.

Once again the animation is incredible and if the stories are true that this was done at home, really puts a lot of people complaining about working at home to shame. the acting and story is very well done as well. The theme it self is also unique dealing with grief and trust and in this world where a lot have lost much and distrust you can see how this comes to be.

Having watch this on Disneyplus for it's asking price of 35 Australian dollars and that's not including the subscription fee to disneyplus, leaves the question is it worth it's asking price?

That is tricky answer, while it is a great movie, with great animation, acting, and story with that of watching this as many times as you wish once obtained, it just sourer the taste of it knowing that in couple months time it going be not worth that additional fee on Disneyplus. so it worth it?

Raya And the Last Dragon is indeed a good movie it does feel a little rushed in some parts which is a little weird for a almost two hour movie. but found myself enjoying and almost teared up at the end so with that in mind I'm giving this.
